Our photographers are trained carefully in all the aspects of the PMA. Over the four week training period, our seasoned photographers administer practical and theory tests as our new photographers travel from one property to another.

We also ensure that they practice on real properties and work with them continually to help them spot common mistakes. By the time our trainees are ready to go out on their own, they've drawn at least 60 properties and attended over 80 appointments.

At the end of it all, we administer a difficult floor plan exam before they are cleared to work on their own and the pass mark is 100%.
