Our photographers tour the property, getting a sense of the proportions and any tricky architecture before they begin to measure.

Using a Leica Disto laser distancemeter, they take detailed notes and map the property by hand on graph paper. The photographer checks the property again upon leaving to ensure their plan is correct.

They then send a digital copy of their plan to our team overseas at the end of the day. Our production team then creates a digital plan overnight so that it can be delivered to you the next working day.
